The Brief

• To undertake a refined test in the North West on behalf of the Department of Health
• The key role was for our trained staff to speak to routine & manual smokers who want to quit smoking
• Staff had to explain which support services were available and remove any misconceptions regarding these services

• 35 locations visited
• 2 teams & 2 Event managers with a bespoke display unit
• Targets set according to the locations
