  • To create awreness of the new stores opening around the UK

The Solution

  • To use friendly approachable female promotion staff to encourage footfall to the area for the grand opening
  • The staff were used for the ribbon cutting ceremony and photo call for local press

Results

  • Footfall was increased by 40% over all and has proved to be a success, which has meant rolling this out for the 1st birthday celebrations of those stores
  • Also rolling this out into 2008
